Mekong-Delta-Entdeckung – 3 Tage 2 Nächte ab Saigon

Arrival in Saigon. Meet your local French-speaking guide and transfer to the hotel located in the city center (check-in available from 2:00 p.m.). The rest of the day is adjusted according to your arrival time.
Then, depart for a city tour: visit Binh Tay Market, located in the heart of Chinatown, and the Thien Hau Temple. Continue to the Reunification Palace, a historic landmark of Vietnam’s past. You will also visit the Jade Emperor Pagoda, Notre-Dame Cathedral, Central Post Office, and the Municipal Theatre (formerly the Parliament of South Vietnam) before returning to your hotel.

In the morning, drive to My Tho (about 2.5 hours). Upon arrival, board a small boat to cruise toward one of the islands in the Mekong Delta. The island is known for its fruit and flower plantations that supply Saigon. The atmosphere is peaceful, with fruit trees thriving along the small canals that cross the Mekong islands.
After lunch, take a short walk to visit some local workshops producing rice paper, puffed rice, coconut candies, and dried longans.
Transfer to Can Tho.
Overnight in Can Tho.

Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning, take a boat excursion to the Cai Rang Floating Market – the highlight of the Mekong Delta. This colorful and lively market scene is unique to the region. While cruising through the canals, visit tropical fruit gardens (such as Ba Cong Garden) known for some of the country’s most delicious fruits. Enjoy seasonal fruits before returning to Saigon.
Then, transfer to the airport for your departure flight.
